With only hours remaining until the onset of the new Hakhel year, a nonstop stream of chassidim signed up for a Hakhel commitment, as the Rebbe requested in 5748, at a specially designated stand near 770.
In the famous Hakhel year of 5748 the Rebbe launched a new initiative encouraging every Jew to submit their commitment to host or organize a Hakhel event on a HAKHEL CARD.
