A new Sefer Torah was dedicated to the Simon Bolivar Chabad House in the 19th District of Paris, France in memory of the late shliach Rabbi Yosef Attuil.

Rabbi Yosef Attuil was one of the prominent Shluchim in the French capital of Paris, who passed away suddenly at the age of 60.

This week, family friends and mekuravim, gathered at the Chabad House he led to welcome a new Sefer Torah dedicated in his memory.
