Fire Victim Begins Breathing on His Own, Long Road to Recovery

Crown Heights fire victim, bochur Chaim Shmuel Amar, has BH been taken off a breathing machine and can now breathe on his own. However, he faces a long road to recovery.

10 days ago, a horrific fire left bochur Chaim Shmuel Amar unconscious and connected to machines, with severe burns on 60% of his body. Today, he was successfully removed from breathing machines and can now breathe on his own.

However, he is not yet conscious and has a long way to recovery. He has undergone numerous surgeries and will face more.

His parents dropped everything and flew to New York to be by his side. They beg Hashem to save their son and they need our support.
