The upcoming Siyum HaRambam celebration, scheduled for this Wednesday, Erev Yud Alef Nissan, on Eastern Parkway, will include a special feature titled “Rambam in Gaza.” The video highlights the experiences of Ari Abramowitz, an IDF soldier who studied Rambam while serving in Gaza.
Abramowitz shares how the teachings of Rambam provided guidance and strength during his military service, demonstrating the practical relevance of learning Rambam.
This year’s Siyum marks the 40th anniversary of the study initiative launched by the Rebbe. The event, featuring a performance by Jewish music star Avraham Fried, aims to celebrate and reflect on the global impact of daily Rambam study. The inclusion of “Rambam in Gaza” in the program highlights the enduring influence and adaptability of Jewish learning in all walks of life.
The Siyum is expected to attract thousands of attendees from around the world, underscoring the universal appeal and significance of the Rambam’s works.
Please post a link so people out of Crown Heights and the homebound can also be part of the siyum. Thank you.
