Hundreds gathered in Paris for the levaya of Rabbi Eliezer Nisselevitch, shliach to Aubervilliers, France, and director of Mosdos Shneor Educational Institutions, where they spoke of his decades of shlichus and sang niggunim. The levaya will continue in Yerushalayim on Wednesday.
