The East Flatbush community will be holding a Simchas Beis Hashoeiva of their own on Thursday, 18 Tishrei, the first day of Chol Hamoed, with live music, dancing and a magic show for children.
The East Flatbush community will be holding a Simchas Beis Hashoeiva of their own and are inviting all members of their community and the nearby Crown Heights community to join the celebration.
The Simchas Beis Hashoeiva will be on Thursday, 18 Tishrei, the first day of Chol Hamoed on East 38th Street, between Lenox and Linden Boulevards.
Participants will be treated to live music, joyous dancing, as well as a magic show for children.
The Simchas Beis Hashoeiva, the first of its kind for the East Flatbush community, comes as the community experiences explosive growth, with many families moving into the area, once considered too far out to live, now boasts tens of Yiddishe families, shuls, and a full-fledged community.
