Doctor Shares Personal Conversations

Dr. Louis Teichholz is a prominent cardiologist. In 1977, he was a Head of Cardiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, when, on the holiday of Shmini Atzeres in 1977, the Rebbe suffered a massive heart attack.

Dr. Teichholz was asked to join a team of doctors treating the Rebbe at 770. It was there that he merited to converse with the Rebbe about many fascinating topics.

Dr. Teichholz was interviewed in the summer of 5779/2019 by Rabbis Avrohom Moshe Dyce and Yitzchak Tsap. Filmed by Yisrael Silman.

A special thank you goes to Rabbi Sholom Ber Gorodetzky, who invested considerable energy in orchestrating this important interview, and the capture of this important story.
