Ahead of Chanukah, the iconic menorah belonging to 770, modeled after the menorah in the Beis Hamikdosh, was polished by 4th-grade girls from the Ateres Chaya Mushka school.

The menorah, which was commissioned by a group of bochurim in 5743, was created to resemble the menorah that stood in the Beis Hamikdosh, as detailed by the Rambam in his holy handwriting.

Coated in gold, the menorah is disassembled every year after Chanukah to allow for its storage. Several days before Chanukah, it is reassembled and then proudly displayed in 770’s main shul.
