Hundreds of children gathered in front of 770 on Sunday for a Yud Alef Nissan rally where they presented a monumental gift to the Rebbe: 2,018,798 lines of Mishnayos and Tanya ba’al peh.

Hundreds of children gathered in front of 770 on Sunday for a rally marking Yud Alef Nissan, the 121st birthday of the Rebbe.
The children recited the twelve pesukim, emceed by Rabbi Shimon Hecht, and watched video clips of the Rebbe relevant to Yud Alef Nissan.
Rabbi Hecht then called up Rabbi Shimmy Weinbaum, to present the gift that thousands of children prepared for the Rebbe. Rabbi Weinbaum told the children that for the 14th year, they would be giving the Rebbe a monumental gift: 899,970 lines of Mishnayos baal peh and 1,118,828 lines of Tanya baal peh, for a total of 2,018,798 lines of Torah learned by thousands of children around the world.
The gift was presented by chayolim Mendel Rendler and Shterna Sara Werde, each of whom had studied a tremendous amount of lines ba’al peh.
The rally was accompanied by music by Fitche Benshimon and Eli Marcus. Songs about Pesach and the Rebbe were also sung by Chaim Fogelman.
