In yearly tradition, Harav Yosef Heller, senior Crown Heights rov and rosh kolel of the Rebbe’s Kolel, fabrenged on Yud Tes Kislev for Kolel yungeleit and alumni.

The seuda and farbrengen was attended by close to 500 people, including Kolel yungeleit and alumni, anash, bochurim, as well as a contingency of chassidim from Boro Park and Williamsburg.

The annual Kolel seuda began at 3:30 pm with siyumim on Shas, Tanya and Hayom Yom, as well as a maamar delivered by one of the Kolel yungeleit. The farbrengen began around 6 pm and ended around midnight.

During the 6-hour farbrengen, Harav Heller addressed important topics related to avodas Hashem and living as a chossid in our times. He related stories of chassidim who were selflessly focused on Hashem, and inspired listeners to at the very least aspire to such living. Later on in the farbrengen, Harav Heller took questions from the crowd.

A writeup of the farbrengen will follow bez”H.
