Hundreds joined Chanuka Wonderland at the Mall of America, featuring a Menorah lighting with the Mayor of the city of Bloomington, MN, a Chanuka Book story trail, and an exciting magic show.
Hundreds of men, women, and children joined Chanuka Wonderland at the Mall of America. The historic Hakhel event was located in Nickelodeon Universe amusement park.
In addition to the exciting rides, the event featured a Menorah lighting with the Mayor of the city of Bloomington, the Chanukah Book story trail, and an exciting magic show.
The event was sponsored by the Gan Preschool and Camp Gan Israel of Minnesota, in partnership with the Jewish Federations of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and brought together families of all segments of the community in the true Hakhel spirit.
A special thank you goes to Rabbi Yossi and Mushky Bendet of Gan preschool for organizing the event, and the committee led by: Reut Shpitser, Jessie Lavintman, Juliana Sellers with thanks to Mayor Tim Busse’s office for his gracious participation.
