Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office launches group coaching sessions for new preschool directors on Shlichus to learn, network and grow into this leadership role.

Getting ready for a new school year can feel overwhelming. After many requests for guidance catered specifically to new directors, Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office invites new preschool directors to prepare for the new school year together with a group coaching initiative.

The program is designed to give Shluchos access to learn from early childhood professionals and mentors to navigate the director position. The coaching consists of four sessions, two in May and two in July, each an hour and a half.

Mrs. Perl Stroh, preschool director and Shlucha will cover the hiring process at the first session on Tuesday, May 16 / 25 Iyar. She will discuss how to advertise to get teachers, how to train non-Jewish staff, what to ask at an interview, how to pair a teacher with an assistant, etc.

The second session on Monday, May 22 / 2 Sivan will be hosted by Mrs. Rivkah Baitelman, interior designer who has designed preschools and Chabad Houses and Mrs. Rivka Wineberg, Shlucha and preschool director. They will be covering the best setups for those who do preschool in their home, what furniture to invest in, and tricks to have a safe preschool that looks beautiful but doesn’t break the bank.

Take advantage of this amazing opportunity for just $18 a session (discount available for those who register for all 4 sessions).
