Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office announces details of speakers and workshops taking place at this year’s annual retreat for preschool directors on Shlichus.

Every year, the Chabad Early Childhood retreat is a rejuvenating experience for preschool

directors to learn, connect and recharge together. Chabad Early Childhood is the international network supporting Chabad preschools on Shlichus with curriculum resources, teacher training, and more.

Directors can look forward to hearing from keynote speaker Kevin Walsh, a senior leadership facilitator known for his energetic, humorous and engaging presentations. This session will highlight essential leadership tools including the art of effective delegation, cultivating a powerful mindset and setting realistic expectations.

The retreat will also include delicious meals, a fun healthy drinks bar with nutritionist Jenny Arnaldes, special gifts and treats.

“Last year was my first time joining the retreat, I came hoping it would be worth my while and it definitely was,” shared Mrs. Basie Gurkov, Shlucha to London, ON. “There was a great blend of well thought out, hands-on workshops, as well as conceptual workshops. All the food was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented and the Farbrengan on the last night was so inspiring!”

This year’s program will be held from Sunday evening, March 3 until Tuesday, March 5 in Los Angeles, California at Chabad of North Hollywood led by Rabbi Nachman and Elki Abend.

“This retreat is an opportunity to gain insight and perspective from fellow Shluchos in a pleasant and warm environment that celebrates your Shlichus,” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, CEC director. “The feeling of togetherness and unity is so powerful and a highlight for many directors.”

Preschool directors can register at chabadearlychildhood.com/event, registration closes on Thursday, February 22.

Chabad Early Childhood is a project of the Shluchim Office, supported by the Walder Foundation.
