On Yud Daled Kislev, Shluchim from across British Columbia, Canada, traveled by land, air, and sea to farbreng together at the new Chabad house in Coquitlam for a warm and uplifting farbrengen that continued into the early hours of the morning.
Shluchim from across British Columbia gathered on Sunday night, Motzei Yud Daled Kislev, traveling by land, air, and sea to farbreng in honor of Yud Daled Kislev. The farbrengen continued until 4:30 a.m., concluding with joyous dancing.
The Shliach of Kelowna, Rabbi Shmuly Hecht, flew in from Kelowna to join the farbrengen, a one-hour flight from Vancouver.
Shluchim Rabbi Meir Kaplan and Rabbi Bentzi Shemtov took the two-hour ferry from Vancouver Island.
The remaining Shluchim from across Vancouver drove to farbreng together at the new Chabad house in Coquitlam, BC, run by Rabbi Mottel and Nechama Gurewitz. It was a most uplifting and truly warm evening.
