A eye-catching booklet distributed to Crown Heights shuls for Pesach contained transcripts of the speeches given by the Siyum Harambam Haolami of 5780, in accordance with the Rebbe’s request to print such a publication.

A eye-catching booklet was distributed to Crown Heights shuls just in time for Pesach 5781.
Inside the booklet are transcripts of the speeches and divrei Torah delivered at the Siyum Harambam Haolami 5780, which was held virtually, with the participation of thousands from around the world.
The inspiration to print the booklet came from the Rebbe himself. On Shabbos Parshas Tzav, 5746, on the occasion of the second Siyum Harambam, the Rebbe requested that Siyumim be held at as many locations as possible.
The Rebbe then continued; “To give a bigger chizuk to [the study of Rambam]…I suggest, with a bakasha nafshis…that the speeches and divrei Torah which were said by the siyumim should be printed in a booklet, with a beautiful print, and a beautiful binding…”
This year, the kovetz was produced by brothers Menachem Mendel and Eliyahu Ezagui. All the speeches delivered by the Siyum were transcribed, including the tributes to Rabbi Leibel Groner and Rabbi Aharon Schwei, as well as the divrei Torah delivered by Rabbi Yitzchak Eizek Landau, Chief Rabbi of Bnei Brak, Rabbi Ezra Schochet, Rosh Yeshiva of YOEC, Rabbi Moshe Weinberger of Eish Kodesh in Long Island, and others.
In keeping with the Rebbe’s request, the booklet was published in time for Erev Pesach, the Rambam’s birthday, and distributed to shuls in Crown Heights for residents and guests to read, enjoy and take home.
