Berlin Streets Dance for Shliach in Need of a Miracle
When Berlin shliach Rabbi Avraham Golovacheov was critically ill, the community rallied and undertook writing a Sefer Torah in his zchus. Recently, the Torah was completed, and hundreds celebrated with a joyous siyum, marching through the streets of Berlin and gathering at the local Chabad House.
When Berlin shliach Rabbi Avraham Golovacheov was told he was critically ill and in need of a miracle, the community immediately rallied around him, undertaking, among other initiatives, the project of writing a Sefer Torah in his zchus.
Rabbi Golovacheov is the Director of Russian-Speaking Programs and a yeshiva for beginners, a teacher at the Jewish School, and oversees numerous publications.
Recently, the Torah was completed, and hundreds from the Berlin Jewish community gathered to celebrate with a joyous siyum, marching through the streets of Berlin and rejoicing at the local Chabad House directed by Shliach Rabbi Yehuda Teichtal.
