The Bar Mitzvah celebration concluded with a joyous Siyum Harambam, held for the first time in Peoria, Illinois.
Rabbi Avremel Blesofsky from Chabad of Iowa City, concluded the Rambam. He was followed by Rabbi Meir Shimon Moscowitz, Head Shliach of the State of Illinois, who began the new Rambam cycle.
Following the siyum, the crowd broke out into spontaneous dancing.
