Baltimore Fathers Join Their Sons at Cheder

Cheder Chabad of Baltimore hosted fathers of talmidim in grades 5-7 for a special Rosh Chodesh davening, followed by a special musical ensemble led by fifth-grade talmidim and a lavish breakfast.

On Thursday morning Cheder Chabad of Baltimore hosted fathers of talmidim in grades 5-7 for a special Rosh Chodesh davening in the spirit of Hakhel.

After davening, the talmidim and their fathers were treated to a special musical ensemble led by fifth grade talmidim.

During breakfast one of the talmidim shared a special Dvar Torah connected to Rosh Chodesh Kislev.

Rabbi Elchonon Lisbon, Mara D’Asra of Congregation Ohel Levi Yitzchok, shared memories of Rosh Chodesh Kislev 5738, when the Rebbe returned home for the first time since his heart attack on Shemini Atzeres.

Following the Divrei Torah and Hisorerus, the talmidim broke out in spontaneous dancing to the singing and music from the Cheders very own talent!

A special thank you was given to Goldbergs Bagels for sponsoring the beautiful event.
