Members of the Chabad community of Baltimore gathered on Sunday to prepare for Purim by learning Torah.
Before every Yom Tov, members of the community arrange shiurim and learning sessions on the topics related to the particular Yom Tov. With Purim just a few days away, shiurim were once again organized.
Held at the Ohel Levi Yitzchok Shul, the learning focused on topics related to the Yom Tov of Purim, to help get into the proper spirit for the day.
Delivering shiurim were Rabbi Levi Greenbaum, mashpia at Yeshivas Lubavitch Baltimore, who gave a shiur of the chassidishe perspective on Purim, and Rabbi Moshe Slavaticki, rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Lubavitch Baltimore, who gave a shiur on practical halachos for Purim.
The shiurim were organized by Rabbi Yechiel Schanowitz, Rabbi Levi Raichik and Rabbi Zalman Spitezki, and were sponsored by R’ Mendel Lerner, Dr. Binyomin Rothstein and Speedy Graphics.
