Tuesday morning saw Crown Heights streets once again full of students heading to schools for the first day of learning after the long break for the Yomim Tovim.
Students brought their own masks or received one at the door to school. The security guards, normally tasked with watching out for the safety of the children, were on the lookout for their health as well, giving each child a temperature test before they entered the building.
Crown Heights schools previously announced that they would be regularly testing the students for COVID-19, in a effort to assure that the schools would remain open.
