Anash of East Flatbush Set Out to Raise $770k for New Shul

The anash community of East Flatbush went live with a campaign to raise $770,000 for a new shul building. Help expand the horizons of our beloved shchunah!

On Tuesday, Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, anash of East Flatbush (East 30s & 40s) went live with a campaign to raise $770,000 for the purchase of its new shul. Six weeks ago, the community went under contract on a centrally located, six family home priced well below market value. Now, the kehillah needs your help to realize its dream!

Over the past two years, the neighborhood has seen exciting and dramatic growth, and both the shul’s current location, as well as the massive tent that was built to accommodate overflow crowds, are now bursting at the seams.

As Crown Heights continues to spread its branches outward, an increasing number of families can commit to staying in the area and working in the local mosdos. East Flatbush provides an exciting place to do just that – raise children in comfortable living quarters, be part of a close-knit kehillah, and give back to the wider community.

Help the schunah continue to spread its beautiful branches outward by supporting the efforts to build a house of davening, learning and community togetherness for East Flatbush’s flourishing young kehillah.
