A spacious lodging complex for guests, made this year of air-conditioned containers, is hosting over 500 bochurim who are spending Tishrei in Crown Heights.
Every detail of the lodging was planned with the comfort of the bochurim in mind. New, sturdy beds and high-quality mattresses were purchased, giving each guest a proper and restful place to sleep. The rooms were outfitted with solid wood wardrobes built to suit the needs of yeshiva students.
Each guest received fresh bedding, a pillow and blanket, and their own negel vasser set, so they can experience the uplifting days of Tishrei in comfort and peace of mind.
To ensure safety and tranquility, a police patrol is stationed near the campus throughout the entire month of Tishrei. Entry to the dormitory is limited to registered guests only, with each talmid given a personal access chip for entry. This system maintains both security and privacy for everyone staying there.
The project, made possible through generous community support, reflects the ongoing effort to provide the Rebbe’s orchim with proper care and respect as they spend these special days close to Beis Chayenu.
