The Central Yeshiva at 770 has filled a need of many of its thousands of alumni by creating an online form for the effortless replacement and worldwide shipping of lost or never received Semicha/Dayanus certificates.

Alumni who have successfully completed all required tests in the past but never received or lost their certificate can now request a certificate at: https://www.centralyeshiva.org/certificate-alumni.

To receive the certificate at this year’s chalukah, the form must be submitted by Monday, 5 Shevat. Submissions received afterward will be serviced later in the year or at next year’s chalukah.

Submitters will be notified by email when the certificates will be given out in 770, or request that the certificate be shipped to them.
