The learning revolution of Machon Limud Halacha Lemaan Yilmedu continues with the start of the second year and 250 students who have begun learning in three tracks!
The director of the Machon, Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm, says that despite the great success of last year, he is still surprised by the great interest in the Machon’s learning program. He finds that the recipe for success is the tremendous work put into the curriculum materials which combine Shulchan Aruch (translated into English), summaries and charts and even visual aids along with top-of-the-line maggidei shiur and support for busy men who want to devote time to learning Torah.
In addition to the first year’s program which began last year for Semicha-Issur v’Heter, this year there are two additional tracks: Hilchos Shabbos with Rabbi Sholom Zirkind and Siddur Chuppa v’Kiddushin with Rabbi Mordechai Farkash.
Of the 250 students this year, about 60 are attending classes in Crown Heights and the rest, with participants from around the world, learn online.
The hanhala of the Machon wishes all students a year of success in Torah study.
