12 Mitzvah Tanks drove through the Metro Detroit area on Wednesday, in honor of the Rebbe’s upcoming 120th birthday on Yud Alef Nissan.
The parade was organized by Chabad Lubavitch of Michigan and bochurim of Yeshiva Detroit Zekelman Campus.
Bochurim handed out Shmura Matza to hundreds of Jewish residents and helped passersby put on tefillin.
Beautiful signs adorned the Mitzvah Tanks which were equipped with Shmura Matza, Tefillin, Shabbos candles and specially made pamphlets about the Rebbe.
