My Encounter with the Rebbe recently interviewed Rabbi Moshe Weinberger, rabbi of Aish Kodesh Congregation in Woodmere New York, and mashpia (spiritual mentor) of Yeshiva University.

A world-renowned lecturer, author, and teacher, Rabbi Weinberger related how when in his youth, he stood at a crossroads between law school and the rabbinate, the Rebbe’s encouragement led him to the right decision.

Additionally, Rabbi Weinberger related stories regarding the many times as a bochur, and then throughout his adult life, he attended farbrengen, kos shel bracha, and dollars, amongst other interactions he had with the Rebbe
