During the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim Finale event, each Young Shliach received an extraordinary surprise of a piece of material used by the Rebbe, generously gifted by R’ Shamshi and Mindy Junik and Family.
After three unforgettable days of Chassidishkeit, connection, and fun, the Young Shluchim participating in the Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim of the Shluchim Office are gathered for the highly anticipated Grand Finale happening now. This event is the culmination of the inspiring Kinus program, where hundreds of Young Shluchim celebrate their unique role and gain Chayus and renewed energy to carry back home.
This year, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Gimmel Tammuz, R’ Shamshi and Mindy Junik generously gifted material used by the Rebbe for every single Young Shliach to take home, empowering them with the message that the Rebbe is always with them no matter where they are.
This stunning and heartfelt initiative is in memory of HaRav Dovber ben Naftoli A”H and Rebbetzin Fruma bas Avraham Boruch A”H Junik.
“There were a few instances where the Rebbe gave Shluchim material from the Frierdiker Rebbe before going on Shlichus and the importance and value of this is so clear,” shared Director Rabbi Mendel Azimov. “Being able to gift this to every Young Shliach who never saw the Rebbe let alone received something is truly priceless and invaluable.”
The cherished gift was beautifully presented in an elegant display plaque so the Young Shluchim can travel back to their homes and keep it with them in their Makom Hashlichus, this piece of material is sure to be a lasting source of inspiration and connection from the Kinus they experienced.
The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim also thanks donors Yisroel Cohen who donated to this project in memory of Berel Fogelman O”BM, Shliach of the Rebbe to Worcester, MA as well as anonymous donors who participated Leiuli Nishmas Rabbi Zvi Kogan H”YD.
The Kinus Tzeirei Hashluchim is a division of the Shluchim Office.
