In what was described as a medical miracle, Rabbi Pinchas Pizem, shliach of the Krayot, who had been in a critical, unresponsive condition, suddenly regained consciousness.

Earlier this week, Rabbi Pizem, in his early 40s, was admitted to a hospital in northern Israel in critical condition and was placed on a respirator. For several days, he remained unconscious.

This week, to the astonishment of the medical staff, Rabbi Pizem suddenly regained consciousness. Doctors caring for him said that his improvement could only be described as a “medical miracle.”
