Ten years ago, right after the shiva of Gavriel Holtzberg hy”d concluded, a new project was launched called Mishnas Gavriel, where talmidim attend a shiur (at yeshivas erev) and learn extra mishnayos every night le’ilui nishamaso.

A talmid who participated in this program while in grades 5 through 7, will make a siyum on the entire Seder Nashim.

This year’s seventh graders just concluded the siyum on Seder Nashim. At the siyum, Gabi’s father shared with the boys that that night was Gabi’s 40th birthday.
