Yeshiva Gedola of Miami Hosts Grand Siyum Harambam

On Sunday evening Beis Iyar, the birthday of the Rebbe Maharash, the Klurman Mesivta, members of Anash and Mekurovim joined the Yeshiva Gedolah in celebrating the completion of the study of the Rambam.

Rabbi Chaim Stern, Menahel of the Yeshiva Gedola, emceed the event, with retelling the story of the Rebbe’s Farbrengen on Beis Iyar 5710, and connecting the Rambam and the Rebbe Maharash. A video presentation of the Rebbe’s Sicha and other inspiring videos were shown to the audience. 

Rabbi Yehuda Leib Schapiro, Rosh Hayeshiva, made the Siyum on the Rambam, and explained the Rebbes Chidushim on the last Halochos of Mishne Torah.

Rabbi Mordechai Schurder, Menahel of Klurman Mesivta, made the Haschala on the new cycle of Rambam. 

Rabbi Benzion Korf, Dean of the Mosdos, explored the introduction of the Rambam and the possuk “אז לא אבוש בהביטי אל כל מצותיך” and connected it to the Rebbe and following his horaos. 

Rabbi Mendel Krasnjanski, Magid Shiur in Yeshiva Gedola, delivered a resounding take on the historical rise of the Rambam and how it connects to our Rebbe. 

Rabbi Stern concluded the evening with a powerful story and message of committing to the Rebbe’s instruction of learning Rambam. 

It was a beautiful evening, inspiring those in attendance to continue their daily study of the Rambam.
