Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office invites all Shluchos to join their virtual Professional Resilience Training with Rabbi Elie Tuchman, Ed.D., focused on practical tools to de-escalating conflict as leaders.

Chabad Early Childhood is the international network supporting Chabad preschools on Shlichus with curriculum resources, teacher training, and more.

The network hosts monthly check-ins for their members, creating opportunities for conservation and education for preschool directors on Shlichus and is opening this month’s to all Shluchos. 

The session will cover how to manage difficult relationships in a community, highlighting a proactive approach to bridging the gap when working with staff and parents from different countries and backgrounds. While the training is geared specifically to guiding preschool directors, all Shluchos navigate complicated relationships and are invited to join this important, relatable, and deeply relevant training.

“Mastering the balance between approachability and boundary-setting is one of the toughest challenges for any leader, especially when faced with those who disregard policy,” shared Chabad Early Childhood Director Mrs. Rivky Baitelman. “The goal of the session is to share actionable tools that will strengthen all relationships, specifically the ones that drain leaders most and set up systems that proactively avoid conflict. This allows the focus to stay on catering to every precious Neshama without sacrificing peace of mind and well-being.”

The online session will be held on Wednesday, 28 Cheshvan (November 19) from 12:30PM to 2PM EST.
