Hostages & Qatar
We still do not know the full results of the strike in Qatar, which was intended to eliminate 6 Hamas leaders. According to some reports, Israel fears that the Hamas leaders may have been injured, but not eliminated.
However, the targeted terrorists are yet to show their faces, or give any sign of life.
A funeral was held in Qatar today for the assistants to the Hamas leaders, including the son of Khalil al-Hayya. Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani was in attendance, as were other Hamas leaders who were known not to be at the site of the attack. The targeted Hamas leaders were not seen.
Qatar is continuing with threats of retaliation against Israel, and say they have set up a legal team to explore options (indicating that the retaliation will likely be legal or political).
Qatar also says that they are reassessing their future as mediators between Israel and Hamas, and of the future of Hamas in the country.
We are yet to see how or if the strike will affect the hostages. If Qatar backs out of mediation, Egypt will likely be happy to take over. Either way, it’s not like Hamas was showing any sign of agreeing to a surrender deal anyway.
The IDF will be moving forward in Gaza City, hoping that Hamas realizes that it’s time to give up the hostages.
Gaza
Thank G-d, no fallen heroes were announced.
The IDF is moving ahead with Gideon’s Chariots 2, and the plan to take over Gaza City.
After weeks of evacuation warnings, an estimated 200,000 people remain in Gaza City, down from one million. Most remain in the Western coastal area, especially in the upscale Rimal neighborhood.
After issuing a final evacuation order for all of Gaza City, today the IDF gave individual warnings to several humanitarian sites, with directions to relocate in the south. These include health centers, food pantries, and bakeries, who will no longer be needed in the city, but will be needed in the southern humanitarian zones.
Hamas is doing everything they can to prevent civilians from evacuating the city, in hopes that they stay as human shields. Some recent examples:
– Hamas distributed false flyers pretending that the IDF designated western Gaza City as a safe humanitarian zone.
– Hamas put roadblocks and checkpoints outside the city to stop people from leaving.
– Hamas published letters declaring anyone who leaves Gaza City to be traitors, assisting the enemy.

Since last Friday (one week ago), the IDF completed three waves of airstrikes in Gaza City, hitting 360 terror targets. These strikes were based on accurate intelligence, targeting Hamas infrastructure that posed a danger to IDF troops.
The main targets hit:
– Central observation and sniping positions used by the Daraj & Tuffah Battalion and intended to be used against IDF forces as part of Hamas’ defense plan.
– Hamas’s internal interrogation facility.
– Operational shafts that were set up under buildings, and weapons depots.
– An underground Hamas gathering point from which terrorists have been preparing for activity against IDF forces.
– A lathe for the production of RPG missiles and mortars, and a site for the production and storage of weapons.
The IDF says that the pace of attacks will increase in the coming days, in order to reduce the threat to IDF forces.

There are now just three divisions operating in Gaza. In all areas, troops continue to find and destroy more tunnels and weapons.
Division 162 are operating on the outskirts of the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of northern Gaza City, and in nearby Kfar Jabaliya.
Division 99 is slowly pushing forward in the Zeitoun neighborhood.
The Gaza Division is operating in various areas of Gaza, including the entire perimeter.
Division 36 left Khan Younis, and is preparing to join the battle in Gaza City.
Two additional divisions are expected to join soon as well.
A senior source in Gaza told me that the Hamas infrastructure and tunneling in Gaza is so extensive that he doesn’t see any way for it to be completely destroyed in less than a year.

According to IDF Radio (Galgalatz), Hamas is reorganizing their command in Gaza City, in preparation for the IDF’s advances.
After Mohammad Sinwar was eliminated, he was replaced by Izz ad-Din al-Haddad as the new leader of Hamas’s military in Gaza. Al-Haddad was previously the commander of the Gaza City Brigade. He now named a new commander of the brigade—an elusive figure named Mohand Rajab.
Hamas has two brigades remaining—the Gaza City Brigade, and the Central Camps Brigade. Hamas is doing their best to maintain some level of organization amidst its breakdown to guerrilla warfare.

Recently released internal Hamas documents (dated February–March 2020), obtained and analyzed by NGO Monitor, provide direct evidence that Hamas systematically embedded its military infrastructure, personnel, and leadership within Gaza hospitals and medical facilities.
Highlights from the Hamas Ministry of Interior and National Security (MoINS) documents include:
– Health facilities were explicitly described as gathering points for wounded fighters “in sensitive positions” and for Hamas and government leaders during times of escalation.
– Hamas offices were located next to the International Committee of the Red Cross wing at Al-Shifa Hospital.
– A room used by Doctors Without Borders (MSF) France in Abu Yousef El-Najar Hospital was identified as tied to Hamas’ Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.
– Hamas issued directives to restrict and supervise foreign medical delegations, requiring Hamas medical members to accompany them.
These findings corroborate long-standing claims that Hamas exploits Gaza’s healthcare system for military purposes. They also highlight a consistent gap between documented realities and the way many international organizations and media outlets portray Hamas’ use of civilian infrastructure.
Humanitarian Aid
On September 10th:
– Close to 170 humanitarian aid trucks entered Gaza through the Kerem Shalom and Zikim crossings.
– 310 humanitarian aid trucks were collected and distributed by the UN and international organizations. The contents of hundreds of trucks are still awaiting collection on the Gazan side of the crossings.
– An undisclosed number of tankers of UN fuel entered for the operation of “essential humanitarian systems.”
– Over 250 patients and caregivers, mostly children, exited Gaza through the Kerem Shalom Crossing to the Allenby Bridge Crossing into Jordan, for treatment in a third country.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) distributed over one million meals today—a slight drop from the usual, after facing trouble from Hamas.
According to the GHF, during a woman-only distribution, a crowd of hundreds of military-aged men arrived at the gate. A trusted source told the GHF that these men were Hamas, and they were planning to rush the site.
Another credible source warned the GHF that Hamas terrorists were planing to infiltrate the women-only distributions dressed as women.
Out of fear for the safety of the women and the volunteers, the GHF closed the site after serving just 4,000 women. Tomorrow they will not open any of the women-only sites.
The GHF says that Hamas is intentionally working to sabotage GHF efforts to feed the vulnerable. The GHF is the only humanitarian organization in Gaza which does not cooperate with Hamas, and does not allow Hamas to profit.

The UN keeps complaining that the IDF isn’t letting enough aid into Gaza. But the IDF’s COGAT Division says that the UN is lying by obstructing the truth.
Only 30% of the aid that entered Gaza since May 19th was provided by the UN. And when the UN reports aid sent to Gaza, they only report their own aid.
The remaining 70%, which is delivered by states and NGOs, is completely ignored by the UN, as if it doesn’t exist at all.
Yemen
Early in the morning, the IDF intercepted a Houthi missile which was launched towards Israel’s Aravah and Mitzpeh Ramon regions.
Later, sirens activated in the Eilat area, and the IDF reported that a suspicious aerial target was identified, and the incident concluded. No more information was given.
The IDF reported intercepting another Houthi UAV, though no sirens were activated.

On Wednesday, the IDF struck Houthi targets in the areas of Sana’a and Al-Jawf in Yemen.
The three primary targets included:
– The headquarters of the Houthi terror regime’s military propaganda department. The department was responsible for disseminating incitement and propaganda messages throughout the war, including speeches from Houthi leader Abdul Malik.
– Military camps, where terrorists were identified. These camps were used by the Houthi regime for planning and executing attacks against Israel. Additionally, the military camps included operational and intelligence command centers used by the regime.
– Fuel storage site used for Houthi military activities.
Judea & Samaria
IDF forces are currently operating in Tulkarm, in Samaria. During operations on Thursday evening, a military vehicle was hit by an explosive charge, and terrorists attempted to attack the IDF forces. The forces responded by imposing a siege on the city, and imposing blockades and inspections throughout the city.
Footage uploaded to social media appears to show a lineup of suspects being taken into custody by the IDF forces.
Lebanon
The IDF eliminated Wassim Said Jbeai, a senior terrorist in both Hezbollah and Iran’s Fatemiyoun Brigade, in an airstrike in Southern Lebanon.
The Fatemiyoun Brigade, an Iranian militia tied to the Quds Force, operates from Lebanon alongside Hezbollah. During the war, the brigade assisted Hezbollah in combat against the IDF, and launched rockets into Israel.
Jbeai played a key role in strengthening the brigade, advancing weapons procurement, and rebuilding after the war.

The IDF struck Hezbollah infrastructure in the Bekaa Valley again. This time, a site for the production and storage of strategic combat means.
The IDF also struck Hezbollah infrastructure in the Al-Zarariya region of southern Lebanon, which were in violation of the ceasefire agreement.
