Hostages:

– Unfortunately there is no news.

Gaza:

– No sirens from Hamas today.

– The IDF announced the name of a hero who fell in battle in Southern Gaza: Sgt Koren Bitan, 19, from Rosh HaAyin.

– 30 trucks of humanitarian aid were delivered to Northern Gaza, debunking blockade and famine rumors

– Hamas is blocking Gaza civilians who attempt to evacuate northern Gaza.

– IDF operation in Jabalia, Northern Gaza, ongoing.

– Operations also continue in Rafah (mostly clearing and destroying Hamas infrastructure), and along the expanding Netzarim Corridor.

– Videos spread of IDF bombing and fire in Central Gaza hospital, with accusations of many killed. The real story:

– The IDF targeted Hamas terrorists who were operating in a command center in a parking lot adjacent to the Al-Aqsa hospital in Deir Al-Balah. After the strike, a fire broke out in the hospital parking lot, due to secondary explosions (as seen in videos of the incident). The explosions were caused by munitions that Hamas stored next to the hospital.

– MSF (aka Doctors Without Borders) staff reported 5 dead, including 3 men and 2 women. No children.

Lebanon:

– The IDF announced the names of four young heroes who were killed by a drone yesterday, in their base in Binyamina:

Sgt. Omri Tamari, 19, from Mazkeret Batia

Sgt. Yosef Hieb, 19, from Tuba-Zangariyye

Sgt. Yoav Agmon, 19, from Binyamina

Sgt. Amitay Alon, 19, from Ramot Naftali

– The drone that killed the four soldiers had reached the base undetected by air defense systems.

– The IDF is working on several methods to improve the detection of drones, including one project that is proving highly effective but is currently kept classified.

– Hezbollah launched 50 attacks against Israel, with around 300 rockets and drones, including three ballistic missiles at Central Israel, which triggered the widest attack range from Hezbollah since the start of the war. Attacks also reached Netanya. Most were intercepted. A car was hit. No serious injuries reported, thank Gd.

– The IDF hit over 200 Hezbollah targets today, including weapons and bases, in Southern Lebanon and the Baalbek Valley.

– IDF troops engaged in extremely close-quarters combat against Hezbollah terrorists in Southern Lebanon, and continued taking strategic areas, and eliminating dozens of terrorists.

– The IDF captured so much ammunition from Hezbollah that Defense Minister Galant says a new unit is being established in order to integrate the usage of Hezbollah’s weapons in the IDF. This is unusual.

– Troops continue to be astounded by massive Hezbollah tunnels and bunkers, extremely well stocked with ammunition, as well as motorcycles and trucks for a massive Galilee invasion.

– Interior Minister Aryeh Deri: “We are beginning to understand the enormity of the wonders and miracles of this difficult year.”

Iran:

– According to the Washington Post, Netanyahu agreed to Biden’s request not to attack Iran’s nuclear or oil sites, if attacking before the US elections.

– Netanyahu’s office in response to the report: “We listen to the views of the American administration, but we will make our final decisions based on Israel’s national security interests.”

– Israel is planning a large attack and expects fire back from Iran after, possibly heavier than any previous attack from Iran, and more chaotic.

– Israel’s targets will be very strategic and may aim to destabilize the regime so that Iranians can revolt. Israel may also first strike Iranian air defenses and missiles, in order to gain freedom of flight over the country.

– Interesting: Biden relayed the message to Iran that any assassination attempt on former President Trump will be considered an act of war (Fox News).

Other Iranian Proxies:

– The Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed 3 attacks against Northern Israel.

– The IDF intercepted two drones from Syria, en route to Israel.
