This summer, the talmidim of Mesivta Lubavitch Baltimore experienced a successful, meaningful and well-rounded zman.

In addition to their daily study of nigleh and Chassidus, the program was enriched with inspiring farbrengens led by the esteemed mashpia from Morristown and a Mesivta parent, Rabbi Laime Wilhelm, as well as the Head Shaliach of Maryland, Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan.

A unique highlight this year was the uplift in the avir ha’yeshiva, with the addition of several eltere bochurim who joined the program. Their presence and chayus enhanced the atmosphere of learning and avoda, complementing the full-time staff: Rabbi Mendel Kaminker, Rabbi Yanky Werner, and Rabbi Aron Goldberg.

Additionally, the talmidim benefited from hands-on classes and workshops in shechita, safrus, and woodworking, adding practical skills to their learning experience.

Balanced with sports and trips, the schedule provided healthy outlets, ensuring a wholesome summer for both guf and neshama.

Another highlight of the summer was the Chag HaSiyum, celebrating the completion of Maseches Kesubos and Maseches Sukka by many talmidim, learned through a rigorous Back Chazara system. Each participant was recognized for his accomplishments.

The publication of a Kovetz Ha’aros further demonstrated the diligence and achievement of the bochurim over the past zman.
