The Anash community of Crown Heights, Remsen Village, and East Flatbush is invited to a special appreciation event to thank all those who supported Yehuda Shaffer’s campaign for City Council District 41.

The event will take place tonight, Wednesday, November 26, at 8:00 pm, at Lubavitch of Remsen Village – 305 Remsen Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11212. The event is for men and women.

The program will open at 8:30 pm, led by MC Mendy Pellin. Remarks will be shared by Rabbi Yossi Garelik, rov of Anshei Lubavitch, followed by Bruce Backman, on “Silence Is Not an Option,” and Yehuda Shaffer, on “Why I Ran.”

A fleishig buffet will be served.

The community is encouraged to come out, enjoy an uplifting evening, and take part in expressing appreciation for everyone who has supported the campaign.
