Tisha B’Av Commemorated in the Rebbe’s Shul

The shul at 17 Rue des Rosiers in the Pletzel, Paris’ Jewish Quarter, known as ‘the Rebbe’s Shul’, hosted a small Tisha B’Av minyan after having completed renovations recently.
