In Its Third Year, Kolel Empowers the Local Community

Kolel Torah Panama has begun their third year by welcoming seven new Talmidim Hashluchim, a Mashpia and a Mashiv, who under the guidance of Head Shliach Rabbi Laine are bringing the Talmidim to a record high of accomplishments in Maamarim, Sichos and Girsa Maseches Kesubos Beal Peh. 

Kolel Torah Panama started its third year, and the wide community impact is vivid, the hundreds of people from all backgrounds and affiliations that attend classes and chavrusas are the witness that Torah is our common denominator and our unifying factor. 

The Kolel welcomed seven new Talmidim Hashluchim: Yossi Rabinowitz, Menachem Hazan, Menachem Labkovsky, Avi Metzger, Mendel Zaklos, Menachem Hassine & Ari Schottenstein. Joining the second year Shluchim: Yossi Rosenblum, Mendel Cohen, Mendel Kamman, Zalman Morozov & Yaakov Betitch. 

This year the Kolel Team counts with Mashpia Mendy Soudry and Mashiv Dovid Lifshitz, that in their unique talent are bringing the Talmidim to a record high of accomplishments in Maamarim, Sichos and Girsa Masechet Kesubos Beal Peh. 

Some of the highlights of the first Zman included: Chassidus Shiur with Head Shliach & Chief Ashkeknazi Rabbi Ari Laine. Gemara Shiur and a Special visit by the Chief Sepharadic Rabbi David Perets. Shlichus training and Farbrengen with Venezuela Shliach Rabbi Shui Rosenblum, and a special Shabbaton in Coronado Beach hosted graciously by the Dornbusch Family

A special thanks to the board of directors Dornbusch, Bresler and Kamahji Families that along with Rosh Kolel Rabbi MM Shuchat, and Head Shliach Rabbi Laine reassure the success of the Kolel and its ever growing impact.
