In honor of Yud-Tes Kislev, the Chag HaGeulah of the Alter Rebbe, a special printing of the Tanya was done at Metzudat Levona in southern Lebanon, marking the printing of the 585th edition of the Tanya.
The special Tanya printing was organized by Rabbi Ezzy Morgenstern, a Major in the IDF, who previously printed Tanyas in the heart of Rafah amidst raging battles, as well as in Khan Yunis, in the southern region of Gaza.
As the Tanya’s were printing, they learned together the first chapter of Tanya, followed by a farbrengen the Division Rabbi, Rabbi Goldfarb, and the Brigade Rabbi, Rabbi Eliyahu.
Special thanks to Rabbi Hanin for his invaluable support and efforts.
