Shluchim and Anash from across Switzerland gathered at the Lucerne Chabad House on Thursday, the third day of Chol Hamoed, for a Kinus Torah featuring local speakers and guests.
The host, shliach Rabbi Chaim Drukman, began the Kinus Torah with “Dvar Malchus”, a sicha of the Rebbe regarding nahama d’kisufa and how it relates to one’s efforts and hishtadlus that could come up on shlichus. Rabbi Drukman then thanked the crowd who had come from far and near.
Basel Shliach Rabbi Zalman Wishedski then spoke about the diyuk in the Tosfos in Maseches Pesachim regarding a poor person and daled kosos, and other details of the four cups of the seder.
Shliach Rabbi Yaakov Tzvi Kantor from Lugano, Switzerland, then spoke, regarding the “eighth of an eighth” of haughtiness that the Gemara in Sota discusses, and how it connects to the Rebbe’s ma’amar.
The assembled then heard from Basel Shliach Rabbi Motti Gruzman, followed by his brother Rabbi Menachem Gruzman, who was a guest by his brother for Yom Tov.
