Students of Cheder Shneor of Aubervilliers, France prepared for Yud Shevat by learning lines of Basi Legani by heart.
The students spent many hours of their free time committing to memory lines of the Frieediker Rebbe’s maamer Basi Legani as a gift to the Rebbe in honor of Yud Shevat.
At the conclusion of the Mivtza, the boys all receiving prizes for their hard work. In total, the students learned 2,358 lines of Basi Legani by heart.
