As Purim approaches, the Tzama project has released a new rendition of the classic Purim piyut Shoshanas Yaakov, performed by singer Ariel Zilber. The song is set to lively Chabad niggun, infusing the piyut with the joyous Purim spirit.
Accompanying the song is a unique lyric video featuring, for the first time, an animated adaptation of the artwork of the legendary Chabad artist, Reb Baruch Nachshon a”h. His iconic Chassidic figures are brought to life, dancing in the joyous spirit of Purim, transforming the video into a vibrant and dazzling Purim celebration.
Rabbi Moshe Shilat, director of the Tzama project, remarked: “In today’s reality, the words of this ancient piyut are more relevant than ever. This year, more than ever, we must remind ourselves of the eternal promise: ‘Those who take refuge in You will never be shamed.’”
