Soldiers Pack Matza for Victims of Terror

Soldiers in the IDF volunteer to prepare Shmurah Matzah, for distribution to hospitals, rehabilitation centers and victims of terror.

This year we were honored to have Israel Defense Forces soldiers volunteer to pack Purim Mishloach Manos packages for victims of terror and their families.

Now we were doubly honored as the soldiers volunteered again to help pack Shmurah Matzah to be delivered for Pesach to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and families suffering from terror and war throughout Israel.

It is a great privilege to work with these heroes of Israel and the Jewish people. All of our staff and other volunteers were thrilled to work alongside them.

Rabbi Menachem Kutner, Director, Chabad’s Terror Victims Project (CTVP) and Rabbi Eliyahu Guttman made all the necessary arrangements.

While the soldiers were in Kfar Chabad, they also had a special tour of the Matzah bakery and the 770 building (an exact replica of the 770 building in Crown Heights).

For victims of terror and war and their families, we are hosting specially guided educational tours of the Matzah bakery and other facilities in Kfar Chabad. Participants will receive Shmurah matzah for their Seder as well as receiving inspirational talks to help in the celebration of Passover.
