Shomrim responded to multiple calls for children being harassed by teens, with one brandishing a knife menacingly.
On Tuesday, Shomrim received a call about a rowdy group of teenagers roaming the streets of Crown Heights and frightening children.
They received multiple calls following that one, reporting that one of the boys brandished a knife menacingly at Jewish children.
Volunteers arrived at the scene swiftly and immediately got the police involved.
The Shomrim members kept a close eye on the teens and kept track of their whereabouts and activities for the duration of their prowls. Unfortunately, nobody was able to point out the perpetrator that brandished the knife. Hate Crimes task force was notified and will be investigating as well.
