More than 80 educators from various Lubavitch institutions in the Paris region gathered at the Chnéor School in Aubervilliers, one of the oldest Chabad schools in France, for a Kinus Hamechanchim to gain insight, inspiration, and learning practical techniques as they continue into the winter semester.
On the initiative of a handful of young principals, these teachers discussed different perspectives for improving the quality of the transmission not only of in-depth knowledge but also of moral and ethical values.
Panels and discussion groups focused on how to transmit Chassidic vitality both during davening and during Gemara and Chumash classes, how to strengthen oneself to better radiate chassidishe warmth, how to imbue students (and their parents) with enthusiasm for the Torah.
Teachers and directors of Beth Lubavitch, Beth Rivka and Sinai schools, the Chéder of Brunoy and Paris, and other schools participated, eager to improve their skills.
The guest speaker was Rabbi Michaël Dahan, director of the Beth Haya Mouchka Seminary of Montreal with the participation of Rabbi Nachum Rabinovitz and Rabbi Shlomo Rainitz of Israel.
The meeting concluded with various resolutions – one of which was to organize such a fruitful event for mechanchos in the near future.
