A joyous Hachnosas Sefer Torah took place in Rechovot in memory of the parents of the Segal-Ancelowitz family with community Rov Rabbi Menachem Mendel Gluckowsky and Mekubal Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburg leading the lively procession.
