A Lag B’omer celebration was held in Neve Rabin Park, Israel with thousands of children and families participating. The evening included a stage show, parade and giant bonfire for the entire community.

A Lag B’omer celebration was held in Neve Rabin Park, Israel with thousands of children and families participating. The event was skillfully led by Rabbi Noah Solish.
The program began with children reciting the twelve pesukim. Following that, shliach to the neighborhood and Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Shalom Ber Hendel spoke about the greatness of Rashbi and Lag B’omer.
Chief Rabbi of Or Yehuda, Rabbi Zion Cohen, Mayor Liat Shochet, Rabbi Eliezer Brod, and other public officials graced the event with their presence.
Next, all the children and families marched around the neighborhood until they arrived at the location where they would light the bonfire in honor of Rashbi.
The event was made possible thanks to the held of Rabbi Harel Rachimi, shliach to the Neve Rabin neighborhood, Rabbi Yechiel Pelman, Rabbi Levi Otinsky, and David Michaeli.
Levy Hendel and Mendy Segal and all the students of Or Yehuda Yeshiva assisted and participated in the event. Levy Rahimi arranged the floats and finally the Tzivos Hashem members, Motti Handel, Yaakov Friedman, and all the children for organizing the drums.
