A second shliach from Sydney, Australia, Rabbi Yaakov Levitan, has died of wounds from the Bondi Beach terror attack.

Rabbi Levitan was a shliach at the BINA Center under Rabbi Michoel Gourarie, and he also served as the secretary at the Sydney Beth Din. He also served as a Tefillin Connection distributor in Sydney, distributing Tefillin to those committed to putting them on, on behalf of DansDeals
