Rabbi Tzvi Yosef (Hershel) Grunberg, from the Anash community in Beitar Illit, passed away on Monday, 21 Cheshvan.

He was 67 years old.

He suffered a sudden and severe stroke two weeks earlier, and despite intensive medical efforts together with many tefillos, he sadly passed away.

His levaya took place on Monday night, with kevura on Har Hamenuchos in Yerushalayim.

He is survived by his children: Shmuel Grunberg – Kfar Chabad, Moshe Grunberg – Gadera, Naftali Grunberg – Alush, Yisrael Grunberg – Yitzhar, Chava Ben Chamo – Yerushalayim, Shaindy Grunberg – Crown Heights, Yudi Grunberg – Crown Heights, and by his grandchildren.
