Reb Yoel Aronson a former resident of Crown Heights and supporter of many Chabad institutions, passed away yesterday, 22 Tammuz.
He supported many Chabad and Belz institutions and organizations. He was big bal chesed and bal tzedadaka. He helped expand eruvim, mikvos and yeshivas.
He was born in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he helped establish a Jewish community. He then moved to Crown Heights, and had an open home for many guests.
He is survived by his wife Chaya Sora and children Miriam Klein, Boruch Aronson, from Monsey, NY, Denise, from Boston, Massachusetts, Andy from Colorado, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shiva will take place at 12 Jeffrey Place, Monsey, NY, from 10 am – 4 pm.
