He was 74 years old.
He was a grandson of legendary chossid Reb Chaim Shaul Bruk and the eldest child of Reb Mendel and Chana (nee’ Sheinberger) Brook of Kfar Chabad.
He is survived by his wife Batsheva and children Tzivia Rosenberg – Linden NJ, Pinchos Brook – Lakewood NJ, Yosef Chaim Brook – Coral Springs FL.
His siblings are R’ Levi Yitzchok – Crown Heights, R’ Yossi – Sderot, Eretz Yisroel; R’ Shmuel, and Rabbi Chaim Shaul – Crown Heights, Mrs. Leah Noishtat – Rishon Letzion, Mrs. Sara Siroka – Bnei Brak, Mrs. Tzivia Lishner, and Mrs. Rivka Rivkin – Kfar Chabad. He was predeceased by his sister Mrs. Yocheved Wilhelm of London in 5764.
The family in New York sat shiva before yomtov.
